The Anti-Whites who make this argument have no problem telling what White people are when they are explicitly Anti-White, but suddenly if someone mentions Whiteness they play the "It's just a social construct bro!" game.
White means of European descent. Swedes, French, Irish, Italians, etc. were considered White and were allowed to immigrate and become citizens just like other White people (See: First Acts of Congress 1790 that restricted citizens to "free white" people.
