>>12160175Large temperature gradients cause the relative air humidity to plummet on the higher temp side. It's been known to cause stuffy noses and so on from what I've heard so it might be that it's just too dry inside or at least that it's contributing to the issue.
Might be worth looking into if it's annoying enough to make you lose sleep.
