ok now you can use cupacake papers for this but i have found that the muffins are nicer and you don't get a bunch of muffin stuck to the cupcake paper if you do it like this
take a little bit of butter and rub it around the holes in the pan so that they won't stick and you will be able to put the muffin mix directly into the pan! wow, cool trick
this is normally called mayonnaising but you shouldn't use mayonnaise for it or it will make your muffins taste kind of funky I think it might be a dutch thing
