The God of the universe made contact with Abraham and the ancient Israelites. The Bible is an instruction manual on how we can attain holy super powers like healing sicknesses, healing the blind, telepathy, telekinesis, pyrokinesis, flying, levitation, super strength, turning invisible, turning intangible, energy blasts, casting out demons. Philosophy and Science are important but they alone can do none of those things, only speculate on them. The Divine Revelation(The Word, which is the Bible) allows us to have special powers.
