The entire book is filled with hard evidence, and is extremely unbiased if you've actually read it. The Western authors were actually trying to get a paleo conclusion, but had to admit that a plant-based whole foods diet was ideal.
Anyone who attacks it is pretty easy to spot as a shill, especially since it's clear nobody here has actually read it.
