>>13787916I feel like grease mainly comes from toppings. Especially if you have a lot of meat toppings you are going to get grease everywhere, no matter how good quality the ingredients are. This is why it's also better to go easy on the toppings and keep it minimal. Like salami or ham is enough. Or when I got a pizza with spinach and an egg (delivery guy gave me the wrong order) but it turned out really good as well.
Also if the cheese is too stringy and difficult to chew that's not ideal.
