'complete arc' sure but at that point they've taken their liberties with the story to make a 'complete arc' like game of thrones book v tv series. sure, not all mangakas finish their work but i at least got to experience the work they made and i can easily make that decision by reading a few chapters rather than watching an episode. that and fillers nonsense.
that being said, i do enjoy anime, a lot of them in fact. its just my main form that i prefer is manga.
