However, the fact that the documents have been declassified might indicate that the experiments were a failiure.
That being said, the masses seem to be manipulated quite easily by what the media tells them, just look at how the exact same people thought, at first, that the coronavirus was no big deal, then that if you don't self isolate you're a criminal, and then that if you don't take part in the protests you're a criminal again. Their worldviews are the media's, ergo this is a kind of brainwashing.
