if, on the other hand, he received money from a relative, that would not be a voluntary exchange.
as far as my studies are concerned, I only attended private schools so far, so that should have minimized the impact on your taxes. even still, I can guarantee you that the people that have paid for my private studies, have paid in taxes more than the necessary share to get me through publicly subsidized uni (which imo shouldn't be publicly subsidized in the first place)
I intend to move out of here, because I do not like the system of taxation.
