However with that said you don't need "happy birthdays" nor do you need people to care about you. It sounds harsh, bitter, and nihilistic gay garbage but it's mote important you strive to find your own happiness outside of friends and family. It will make you a more whole person.
FOMO doesn't apply to birthdays, it applies to fulfilling your purpose in life. At least that's how I feel.
