There was an unofficial set of documents released in 2013 and 2014 which claim to be from the Navy SEALs that describe a synthetic telepathy program combined with a physics domination program. The technology is incredibly sophisticated and difficult to understand. Don and Tim are the SEALs named in the documents. The first document is called Disclosure on Technologies and Applications Being Used Against American Targeted Individuals. It talks about the use of synthetic telepathy, and how it is or can be used to control people's thoughts in various ways, such as to influence a business decision. This technology is also known as remote neural monitoring (RNM) and runs on antennas such as HAARP or anything with extreme low frequency (ELF) waves, including satellites. It is mentioned how the military operators go into another dimension outside of our timeline, in our future, and use this equipment to have more time to decide what to do with you. They can also teleport people using quantum jumping.
The second document, released in 2014, titled Disclosure on Classified Operations, Technologies and Applications Being Used Against Americans, goes into the technology further. The document starts by claiming ETs (extraterrestrials), interdimensional beings, celestial beings, and demons are real, but does not go into more detail. Going back to the Navy technology, they can generate holograms in a person's presence. They also access hyperspace (called the spiritual realm) to contact astral entities to act on their behalf. They can create multiple instances of the same person in a shared spacetime. They claim to be able to control all matter. They mention cosmic ascension as being real (or astral projection). I feel these documents are going to take a long time to fully understand in all their detail, but they are valuable clues as to what is going on, if not the exact blueprints.
