So the Top Brass thought that men who were getting fucked over at home, were more willing to die on the battlefield.

They legit thought that MEN that nothing but child support payments, unfaithful wives, and a fucked up home life were more willing to fight and die for their country then men who had better lives being single or having a good family to go home too.
THEY EVEN ENCOURAGE WOMEN TO CHEAT ON THEIR HUSBANDS, and even pushed it as a good policy to keep numbers of men in the military.
Guess how many women were on that board along with men cheering it all on?
They were so happy with the directive, they even hid the suicide numbers that are in fact MUCH higher then the 20x rating of men Hero'ing in the Australian Defence force.
So now they are starting to care as this all got out in the open, and nobody wants to join the military in Australia.
They even linked papers done in Israel with these findings.
They had women even fight and rig court judges to make sure the plan kept going on this way.
And now? There answer is to just say "We need to invest money for a safe transition to civilian life.
