Its got a really mild flavor and a soft texture so its not really a good cheese to eat plain and its flavor is boring compared to a good cheese but it has its culinary uses. It melts really well so its nice for making cheese sauces or dips or putting on a cheese burger or in a grilled cheese sandwich although you might want to put in some more strongly flavored real cheese like a cheddar to give it more taste.
