Depending on the circumstances, your heart stops, and then you have a moment of probably desperation, fear, and then acceptance, thinking of everyone you ever loved while you ever so briefly maintain brain activity and the ability to think, and then you blink out. Like unplugging a TV. You can’t even say “darkness and silence” because there’s nothing left of you or your mind to process those stimuli. You’re just gone, and all that’s left is to do something with your body
Life, individual life, is incredibly precious. My guess is that every fabulously wealthy person who ever lived then died wishing only for more time to live. Have children while you’re here, make them your purpose in life because they’re all that’s really left of you after.
