So... where are the police who are supposed to police the police who police the regular police? That's the USA military. They work for the post-9/11 USA government which gave John Roberts the autonomous authority to appoint the FISA judges that never catch the the FBI fraud submissions in the way that the FBI didn't catch it when Hillary's lawyers mentioned a PRN employee. Even though the military members take an oath the defend the Constitution, they don't do it. Instead, they defend the USA federal government's acquisition of vast powers which were never given by the Constitution, and which violate the Bill of Rights and other amendments to the Constitution in every conceivable way. Even though those USA generals call themselves honorable men and many of them probably do believe they are exactly that, they break their oath to defend the Constitution against domestic enemies. Instead, they protect those domestic enemies of the Constitution. The enemies of the Constitution are the ones who say that the FISC has authorities which supersede the limits on government power codified into the Constitution and its amendments, and who also say that the general body of 200+ years of legislation and judicial precedent also supersede the limited powers given to the USA feds by the Constitution. Since they have been doing that for so long now, they view it as game theoretically favorable to continue to break their oath because keeping the oath now would entail an admission of a very, very, very long history of broken oaths.
