What you call a "ghetto" is an affordable housing district built so that poor people don't have to sleep in slumvilles. Immigrants aren't exactly skilled, many of them barely speak the languages, so they end up doing these shitty jobs with a shitty pay. The only places they can afford are those in the poor people's district. Immigrants get welfare from the state despite not being citizens.

Moroccans turn to the drug trade because they have no respect for honest work. They want fast money and rather break the law than live like their parents. Do not confuse criminal behaviour induced by desperation with criminal behaviour induced by a desire to be rich at any cost.
