It just happens to be statistically more likely that the stronger and better looking guy gets to fuck more females. Cripples will always exist, because crippleness can happen spontaneously. A healthy couple can have a kid with a fatal disease, but the kid will likely die and not have an offspring.
Evolution isn't about doing things you enjoy. If every male but one guy is weak minded and does heavy drugs, then the one guy who doesn't, gets to pass his non-junkie genes on, and that's evolution
