Czechs are not pure Balto-Slavs, but they have Balto-Slavic input, you are however right that they intermixed with Celts and Germanics (who in themselves are not a genetic monolith). This is why the Czechs are basically the intermediate population between Germans and Balto-Slavs. Also, a lot of "Slavic" input seeped into East Germany and Austria, how else would you explain pic related. Calling Turks "more Slavic" than Czechs is just odd.
