but if you can't do that I would find another way to get your heart rate up in short spurts and be social. Some kind of sprinting sport, squats, or I like intervals on the stairclimber machine at the gym. Even just one or two full out 20 seconds sprints a day can elevate your mood sometimes. Gotta find that social outlet that works for you though. I need to find something again. I had a really good work friend that I would talk to for hours after a shift. Wish he was still around but he moved away.
