>>12925549I think this is mostly true, but what about Eskimos and Sami? They have lived in a really tough climate but are generally shown to have lower IQs than Euros. I think it has something to do with a climate that is tough, but also nice enough to necessitate farming. Something that wasn't feasible for Artic peoples.
