its like one of those things where you can try out literally everything but like huge bucket of icecream never fails to satisfy me either. Its not like you get fat you just feel less shitty and more energetic. Also when you get that 8-9 hours of sleep daily and shower reguraly + hit the gym every once in a while the negative feels start to go away.
So TLDR its not like anyone can do shit tired. Just take care of yourself?
