Natural selection, which is the thing you are referring to where species change slowly over time due to their environment, doesn't rely on mutations to happen, that is a common misconception. Natural selection does not usually result in new genes emerging, but rather weeding out old genes in order for the species to adapt to its surroundings.
There is less genetic variation in modern day wolves than there was 1000 years ago. If evolution was real and mutations randomly happened all the time and got passed on, then ancient wolves would all have looked the same and today we would have brown wolves, white wolves, black wolves, spotted wolves, striped wolves, etc. Instead the opposite is true, we used to have all those variations of wolves, and today we basically only have gray wolves. This is because natural selection reduces variation within species over time, rather than increases it.
Any person with basic understanding of genetics could draw up a Mendel chart and quickly figure out that they were lied to about Out of Africa. Evolution was heavily promoted by racist Democrats in the 1800's and early 1900's and even today because it allowed them (white people) to claim superiority over Africans. Black phenotypes are dominant over white phenotypes, if white people really evolved from black people sometimes white couples would still have black babies without the woman cheating. Black couples in Africa still have blonde haired blue eyed babies every now and then, which are usually cannibalized quickly. This is because they still carry recessive white genes from their ancestors, meaning blacks evolved from whites who came out of Europe/Asia, not the other way around.
