Whites are defined by surviving harsh winters. Any race that has roughly the same weather throughout the year doesn't have actual white behavioral traits, aka high trust, high honor, long term planning, with a particular drive for "systems" are all things that ensured white survival in such harsh conditions. Japanese share many of these traits because Japan is also a place similar conditions.
