Even if the ancient Israelites migrated to Europe in 2000 B.C. or roughly the beginning of the Old Testament period, that still wouldn't make them ancestors of white people, because the Indo-Europeans began to expand and migrate throughout Europe at around 4000 B.C.
It could be that the ancient Israelites were descendents of those original Indo-European white people, though.
