Russians were always idiots, and they will stay idiots until they're no longer russian. This statement has been repeated many times, oftenly by the few intelligent Russians.
The Russian gov't will make it seem like they have the biggest and best at all times, always with an ace up their sleeve, but history has showed us that that is rarely the case (for example look at the MiG-25, or AK12 in the ongoing conflict). Any Russian that ever achieved something has either fled Russia or lived a miserable life.
The best thing about Russians is that they're the best at being idiots.
