So in my mind if Q is evil. The only way 'evil Q' can succeed is with literal mind control/MK Ultra or whatever drugs on soldiers.
In my mind, no Soldiers are gonna take orders from their generals to go and round up a list of radical trump supporters that stormed the capitol and send their kids off to re-education camps.....If 50% of soldiers are trump supporters, a size-able portion of those probably think it's plausible the election was stolen. good luck convincing them to arrest other trump supporters instead of arresting Biden who called soldiers "Stupid bastards".
