very intense chart, lots of conflict. we have some big similarities actually.
Your chart has an unusual fundamental contradiction in it, all the stuff that should be weak is powerful and the powerful stuff is pretty weak.
Everything is basically determined by your cancer moon in the 12th house or the scorpio mars in the 4th house.
The 4th house mars (it's dignified and the worst planet to have dignified in a day chart, i have the same thing) points to a very difficult home/living situation and early childhood. And it has very strong conflict with your uranus aquarius and jupiter taurus.
That jupiter is one of your best planets and figuring out how to deal with it's interaction with mars is important. The jupiter is going to come up in anything related to your public face/public attention or career and will be your source of sort of optimism/expansion/improvement.
As you see in the images those red lines are squares/oppositions which are basically fundamental conflicts in your chart, if you learn to channel things things together you can direct that better but this is pretty difficult desu. They are all in powerful placements as well (1st, 4th, 7th, 10th are the strongest houses and that's where they all are rooted)
Your ascendent is leo which is how you come off more in general (as opposed to like just in public/career in the 10th house, you have mercury and venus there as well so it should also tie in to relationships and how you communicate.
For you that should be fiery and kind of "leading" and with the venus some focus on harmony and some intelligence from mercury as well.
That's however ruled by your sun in 12th (worst house), ruled by your cancer moon so there may be some self-undoing and loss and isolation dictating quite a bit in your life. points to lots of suffering (sorry)
