>>14214583Well, I try to max out both my deadlift and squats. Maybe it's not wise, as you say: it is easy to get injured doing deadlifts, especially when the weight goes up. I'm currently able to lift 190kg, I will probably call quits when I reach 200.
Funnily enough I also hurt my shoulder recently. Deadlift, squats and ab workouts is pretty much the only thing I'm doing :(. It has been feeling a lot better recently, hopefully I can resume upper body soon again!
I'm not a fan of running but try do it once in a while!!
