>>21852211You can't research opinion. You have to build to your own preference. Pic related. Are benchmarks pointless if I just buy the top end RTX 5090, yes. They are not pointless if I am fine with 1080p and the top end is a waste. So it becomes a question of opinion and use case.
I built a pc in 2015 I just replaced earlier this year. Built it with limited research because I already knew what was out there because that is a hobby. The pc I built then had the first consumer avaliable m.2 nvme ssd. Now they are common. Research back then would have said to buy the best 2.5 inch ssd I could find.
