I think if you have lucid dreams it gives you control so you should be able to stop nightmares like that
My friend said part of having dreams is your brain sorting through information and he usually knows about this kinds of stuff. Maybe if there is Fumika-related information that requires sorting, you would be more likely to dream of her?
