S3 will be an upgrade in conditions, and I'm certain that she is willing to be there.
I'm not sure exactly what her responsibilities were, but she didn't seem to have any major screwups aside from maybe letting some bad TTS messages through.
I don't know who or what the crew used for IT and the website, but after S2 I would be getting someone else.
