Now I'm over 40, still look relatively young, and I still pull from time to time but there's a lot more insecurities now that I'm older and I know that my health and some stuff isn't working as well as it used to.
As for any sort of serious future in relationships, I really don't see one. At my age, the having kids ship has already sailed, and I don't see many great offerings in terms of available partners. The women I meet that are closer to my age are either married and/or have kids. The women that are younger are just not practical, as I've learned from experience... Besides, you're basically considered a pedophile these days if you even look at a woman that isn't within a 3 year radius of your own age. Gynocracy has ruined women and relationships and men's ability to find good ones.
