If you got the stimulus check during the pandemic lol if you had a guardianship over somebody and them an adult, you could claim them as a dependent and get a bonus check from them.
A guardianship was placed on me by the state without any consent or knowledge. Ive asked state officials and they will tell me that "yea they can do a guardianship without consent' but i believe they are leaving out part of the answer. They hang up the phone with me and never answer the question
I went to the laywer i was told was going to do the guardianship when i was told about it and i was asked to sign a paper.
another lawyer confirmed this is the paper he says, "they took your rights away on". I didnt sign it, and i changed it and I asked the laywer for a copy. I asked the clerks office for a copy. Lawyer tells me he doesnt have to have one, the one who was at the guardianship case.
they used this guardianship at a later date to use a statute against me called KRS 504.100 were they allow a judge to use "judicial discretion" and force me to do a psychological exam. The thing about this is that there is no knowledge of it done by me, or any consent as I wouldnt have went along with it.
Any thing else they have or dont against me is flimsy if it was to be used as a probable cause excuse, as in one case i can think of, the cop said he found something while charging me with assault in "plan sight" in my room, while being called by my dad to come over. not needing plain sight.
I reported the lawyer for identity theft.
they just gave me the money back and said, it was somebody who stole my social security number on me.

Now what the fuck were do I go?

I nkow this might not land on you but, there was some fraud that happened and as far as Im concerned the state of Kentucky by the souteastern part of the sstate, i wasnt born in, is taking advantage of Social security to rob the country.

tricking me in a crimnal case later, with the same lawyer as the guardianship, into going to a pyschiatrist under court orders. I didn't know the court was involved.

KRS 504.100 doesnt use probable cause it allows for "reasonable belief". reading some caselaws.com it says its meant for judicial discretion to basically not embarass the defendant.. i beleive now ive embarassed myself by saying i dont even know what the fuck is giong on and will or can show it.
