Since you are beginning to repent of your sin, continue and admit to God that you're a sinner, incapable of fixing the mess you are.
To be saved, you must believe that Jesus died for your sin and rose again as stated in the Bible.
Call on Him to save you.
You won't be perfect overnight, but He will build you into a better person. Some do move quick, mine is just slow and steady.
Nothing else is going to work in the long run.
