1. Sex
2. Fresh blood / Meat
3. Alcohol
This is because according to Christian tradition via the book of Enoch, demons and spirits did have bodies (or had possession of people's bodies). Now they're bodiless whisps of smoke at most, whisperers, enablers. They long for the pleasures of the Flesh.
The Lord of Lights / Jesus Christ etc, overcame the world. He starves the demons, leaves them shrieking in endless cope. Instead, he gives of himself as a sacrifice TO US so that we may become like unto him
