Or just do one meal a day like at night 800 cals a day (protein sparing modified diet) where you're eating like 0.75-0.82g per LB of LBM. LBM is your weight minus fat on body + salads (with balsamic vinaigrette not the plastic bottle shit the dark bottles that cost a little more).
