>>16832279>>16832287I also have "delayed sleep phase disorder." Earliest I ever wake up is 9, but usually after 11.
When I ask people on 4chan and normies IRL how they are able to wake up at 6-8 every day and go to work well rested, they say that they were conditioned by school to do that. It never worked for me that way, I was constantly tired in high school from sleep deprivation, often missed my first 2 class, and was basically dragged through kicking and screaming. In college I took night classes, worked the night shift as a retail and food service wagecuck, and now I'm NEET. Trying to get DSPD diagnosed as a legitimate disability along with my confirmed autism.
