Just like people training to become better, it is possible to be like you and train yourself to become worse as a person. You are training yourself to become worse. Over time, you decrease your maximum capacity to do work at a reasonable speed and quality level.
Maybe you should reverse course and train yourself to become better and more able. Otherwise, you will just train yourself into chronic SJW angry self-pity self-entitlement mode. Hanging out with such people is also detrimental. For example, many blacks get jealous of other blacks studying or working to become better. Those self-entitlement blacks then try to pull down the blacks that are achieving with statements like "stop being an Oreo" or "Don't support systemic racism".
Mother nature is systemic racism. If you don't harvest crops you don't have crops as food. Mother nature is like that. But since blacks can't sue Mother Nature, they sue their hard working neighbors to provide food, water, shelter, clothing, and medical care.
Don't be that bad deliberately underperforming guy.
