It used to be that a girl would begin around 15, then have kids in her late teens or early twenties, but somethings causing kids to get their first menarche before they're even teenagers. When you hear things about how girls are at their most fertile a few years after puberty and would marry then that's why. Our environment is catastrophically fucked and nobody wants to fix it.
