Around dusk on Halloween 2003 or 2004 my mom and I were driving and saw one of these. The three red lights were rotating around a central point for a minute or two and then scattered in different directions almost instantaneously. We're about a half hour from Willow Grove AFB in PA so figure it's some kind of glownigger tech. Could be demons but I doubt it.
