There are a few things that you CAN do in the immediate, that requires little effort. These are things that you should be doing, because of SARS-CoV-2 and your immunity:
- Do not drink soda
- Severely limit dessert-type foods
- Limit addition of sugar to hot beverages
- Go for a walk for 15 minutes
and, lastly, mostly importantly, which I should have done two hours ago, and am going to do now,
- Go to sleep, in a room that remains as dark as possible, and sleep for at least 7.5 hours (get a sleep mask if you have to)
