I for sure thought art was a female thing. Table top games will usually be men though I've only met one girl in my life that played dnd but shes into girls herself. What do women like where you're at? Maybe artsy stuff isn't popular with polish women. Are they more outdoorsy people? Maybe its just cause of the virus scaring people. Women are probably more likely to be scared of stuff like that so they might just be at home. If it is then just wait it out. They'll be availible again after the news tells them its all ok.
