Will say all the new construction will fail within 5 years. Sealants are #1. Painters caulk and machine sprayed on paint. Separates in hot+ humid within 6 months. 2-3 years and you have rot plus Formosan termites. Next door neighbour built a duplex. <1yr in and had to be tented for termites. There is a right way to build for extreme climate/enviro, but nobody does it because material and labour is way too much. As well as consumer is fucking retarded.
