>Has the internet ruined my ability to interact with real humans?Yes. You've become socialized for the internet and are more comfortable with it. A lot of people would attest that socializing online is scary and awkward meanwhile you feel the opposite. Think of it like a character sheet for a game where the Socializing skill has 2 types: Online and public. You have no real life social skills if you can't make friends or don't know how. This is because you don't know what's acceptable. People IRL are not like how they are online and while you may be the best at making friends in Discord you'll find that once you remove the screen and "anonymity" from the equation people act vastly different from what you see online.
>How do you do it bros?Me personally as a normie? I don't. People just pickup on my vibe and I roll with it so we can just vibe. In daily life people will say something to me just being friendly because my physical appearance is very unique.
I have dreadlocks and a beard like some kind of hippy while open carrying and wearing camos. To you as someone who's normalized to the internet that's very cringe (what isn't) but to normies it's an expression of who I am. My dreadlocks keep black people kind and my gun lets you know I'm protective. When someone comments about my appearance I reciprocate, ask about them and decide whether or not I want a new friend.
Recently a black guy who lives down the street from me turned me onto his service record and YT channel about air guns. He's invited me over to shoot his guns and possibly talk on his 100k+ channel just because we homies.
It all started when he asked me about my gun in the 7-11.
>How tf do you befriend someone? Now we'll get to the heart of how to make a friend.
You ready?
