Yes, I know exactly what you mean. My first ever depression or crisis, call you as you wish started in this fashion. I had been low for a while but that day it all turned upside down, within a few hours everything changed completely and I was struck with it, very hard. I wasn't the same then as I had been that morning, nor was the world the same. I believe there has been use for me experiencing this early on as I did, it lasted for a rather long time. I can return sometimes, but I view it differently now.
