the short version is that if you complete a certain amount then you get R, S, and A selector tickets. it's a bit lackluster though since if you're not clearing like 100 songs with 4mil score then it takes a few months to actually be able to use them and they're random theme or random member, but it's still easy to do if you've got the cards. the first breakpoint to get rewards is 20 songs and the next is like 70 i think
