but I can at least theorize that you should tackle both ends of the problem at once
>force yourself to go to sleep early, melatonin or something else, whatever helps>set up a loud alarm you need to get out of bed to turn offin pure theory this should work because you get the required amount of sleep earlier than usual and you should feel less inclined to lay back down and doze off
but we both know that most of the time it's not that simple...
