I mean, some autists might have some combination of his weird fetishes, his outrageous and anti-social behaviour, his craving for attention even if it's negative, or his total lack of self-awareness among other things, but even then a lot of those things are due in part not just to issues with their nature but various traumas or lack of guidance, but in this case it is a perfect storm. Is there any way he could possibly be more ridiculous? Your explanation is just too simple for something of this magnitude, in my opinion.
