The reasoning for the C-paper existing is printed as a "human right" or something like that, the army doesn't want c-paper people, not because they cannot serve, but because they could be harmed or worse during service, and they don't want that.

Do to climate change Finland has gotten a LOT more warmer during winter, so I don't think there will be ice in Turku when you visit. Usually this time of year there's already snow, but now there is none ): (at least where I live, places like Lapland might be a different story)
