The city is just absolutely devoid of a soul, everything about it comes across as artificial. It's like a rich kid with no talent buying expensive ski's to try and fit in with old ski bums, just absolutely tone deaf. Big tall shiny buildings aren't what makes a city great.
Not to mention it was built by slave labour.
